- Creator Content: Educational content, tutorials, or insights shared via platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, or Instagram.
- Productized Services: Standardized service packages with fixed deliverables and pricing.
Specific details of each service will be outlined in individual project agreements or product listings.
3. Payment Terms
- Freelance Services: Payment is due upon project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
- Productized Services: Full payment is required upfront.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- In case of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that the deliverables comply with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the Service Provider, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
